Job Description

• Setting the annual budget for all types of catering at the sites, and determining the work required for each site according to the approved plan
• Approval of distribution lists (categories of catering - furnishings, and furniture - kitchen supplies) for all sites.
• To be of the validity of foodstuffs for the messages carried out for consumption.
• Monitoring the preparation and distribution of food for the sanitation worker.
• To be one of the completion of the work of bakery in a manner that achieves what is required of it (quantity and quality) for all sites.
• Ensure the distribution of workers' needs of furnishings and furniture in all locations in accordance with the established policy and system
• Ensure that the rationing needs of stations and laboratories are disbursed according to the rates established for each worker.
• Monitoring fuel balances to ensure their availability and distribution to sites according to the needs of each site.
• Monitoring the renewal of site furniture and workers’ restrooms according to the depreciation determined every 3 years.
• Ensure the availability of electrical machines in proportion to the number of workers in each location.
• Ensure the accuracy of the accounts of all financial settlements for the purchase of fresh vegetables.
• Evaluate the performance of the catering officials in the sites according to their implementation of the approved ration plans.
