Position : Head Individual Intellectual Property

Age : Below 40 years

Job Description :

• Responsible to manage P& L of the IP.

Create and deliver innovative programs that help to generate leads; strengthen client relationships and builds sales opportunities.

Revenue generation through various new streams viz sponsorships barter and alliances etc.

Cashflow management.

Responsible for inputs on concept planning and development of the properties to ensure competitive advantage over other players in the industry.

Work in tandem with the marketing team in designing marketing plans to ensure maximum ROI to sponsors.

Brand Building PR Marketing

Handling and managing the P&L of the projects.

Project closures

Debtors and creditors management

Personal Attributes

Entrepreneurial selfstarter with handson approach.

Should have a proven track record of developing sustainable new business on consistent basis.

Strong written verbal interpersonal and presentation skills.

Strong project management negotiation and decisionmaking skills.

Should have led team of minimum 1215 members.

Candidates from industry exposure of Event sponsorship sales/ Channel sales/ Radio sales/ Entertainment & Music industry will be preferred.

Well connected and Networked with excellent client relations.

Education Qualification: Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing
