About the yacht
60m private motor yacht red flag based in France.
The project
We are looking for a Head Chef starting any time soon. Starting with a 1 year contract and if everything is going well it will turn into a permanent position.
The job involves some travelling with the owners 23 month/ year.
Trials with the owners will probably be held in the US.
Preferably we are looking for someone who is based in the SOF because you will be able to go home when the owners are not on board and during winter period weekends are off.
Desired profile
- English speaking is required French and Arabic would be a big plus
- Someone with previous experience as a sole Chef at least on 45m .
- Good knowledge in pastry cooking is a plus and specialized in Italian / Mediterranean / Arabic cuisine.
- Valid STCW ENG1 and driving licence are required.
Salary : 6500euros/month negotiable depending on profile
