Hair Stylist

Functions

• Conduct personalized consultations with clients ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Build and expand a client base while maintaining high retention rates.
• Refer clients for expert color services and drive product sales through indepth product knowledge.
• Perform cutting styling and coloring services to company standards across all lengths and styles.
• Demonstrate high levels of creativity and contribute to the companys creative team.
• Participate in and help conduct internal training and events.
• Mentor apprentices and represent the companys brand values.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with clients.
• Proven track record of client retention.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK and possess a valid drivers license.
• Strong team player with a creative mindset ambition and excellent client care skills.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week including weekends and occasional evenings.
• Excellent communication coaching and time management skills.
• High standards of quality and attention to detail consistent with company image.
