Guidewire Developer (PC)

Skills Required:
Minimum 3 years experience in Configuration/integration and Guidewire Implementations in Policy Center
5 years of experience in Java/J2ee (EJB Servlets JSP JDBC Web Services JMS JPA).
Able to configure/Integrate the applications using XML and GOSU
Insurance Knowledge specifically Personal Lines Claims and Commercial Claims
Relational Database and Data Modeling experience
Strong Java serverside programming experience with a solid understanding of objectoriented concepts
Experience with Scrum or other Agile development methodologies
Experience with messaging Webservices and database connectivity
Strong oral and written communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing and implementing Configuration/integration points between external applications/services and the Guidewire platforms
Partner with client business teams to understand business objectives and configuration/integration requirements
Produce technical design documents for configuration/integration points
Develop custom configuration/integration points to connect Guidewire applications with other internal and external systems
