We are looking for our next Call Center Guest Service Representative (GSR)
The focus of the Call Center Guest Service Representative (GSR) is to provide the first and last guest impression through100% guest satisfaction by assisting guests with their requests offering guests additional service opportunities establishing a rapport assist with understanding our products specials and company reward programs and exceeding their expectations throughout the interaction.
This is a 100% remote role. The Call Center is open Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Here are some highlights of what actions you will be doing in this role:
- Responsible for providing a high standard of customer service.
- Utilize our systems to maintain accurate and detailed client files in accordance with the Tricoci standards and the guests expectations.
- Cultivate a positive experience for all incoming calls into the centralized company telephone number.
- Create and execute new bookings for our Salon & Spas.
- Responsible for focus and delivery on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently daily weekly monthly and quarterly.
- Rebooking
- Upselling services
- Retail products
- Gift cards
- Referrals
- Specials and promotions
- Maintain a consistent level of service and productivity in this fastpaced environment.
- Ensure standards policies and procedures are followed.
- Achieving service and sales goals by sharing your knowledge about services promotions and products offered at the Salon & Spas.
Here are some of the skills and background that we are looking for in this individual:
- A minimum of two years experience in a Call Center environment in customer service.
- Reservation experience a plus.
- Ability to work various schedules including evenings weekends and some holidays.
- High speed internet is required.
- Ability to connect to a router/modem is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Exhibits a professional appearance and maintains a friendly cheerful and courteous demeanor even under stressful situations.
- Strong keyboarding skills needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
