Tasks

Assist in pioneering entrepreneurial projects identifying & acting upon the organisation potential clients partners and stakeholders to lay the groundwork for strategic initiatives:

• Engage in market and strategic research conducting discovery calls to understand market needs and contributing insights for team strategy development.
• Convey Cardinos mission and vision with an entrepreneurial spirit participating in handson gotomarket strategies and the initiation of strategic projects.
• Support the crafting of growth strategies for each market collaborating with team members to refine plans and align with broader business objectives.
• Coordinate across functions aiding in the scoping of initiatives and keeping the roadmap clear while creatively tackling complex challenges and rapidly testing new ideas for business expansion and new revenue streams.

Requirements

• Prior experience in highpaced environments such as startups consulting or investment banking.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English. Additional knowledge of Dutch French or German would be a huge plus.
