Lead in developing an annual MC marketing Plan, design, implement, and execute all ATL & BTL campaigns via multiple channels to achieve revenue targets.
Lead and direct execution of all CVM initiatives and campaigns to ensure the highest level of profits - IBMC.
Develop base management strategy and implementation of activities across all segments for customer revenue enhancement, base retention, and churn control.
Monitor and ensure all campaigns developed by CVM are well executed across retail system and other customer touchpoints.
Develop Business modelling to identify micro-segments, social networks, propensity to buy and propensity to churn.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration
MBA is an asset
7: to 10Years’ experience with minimum5 Years in CVM in banking or telecommunication.
