Job Description:

The Grinder will be grinding chipping weld splatter removing high spots burrs and rust from structural components. Conducts thorough inspections feeling surfaces for defects. Selects appropriate abrasive tools based on specifications and metal condition. Operates power tools effectively removing imperfections from workpieces. Capable of loading trucks and repairing equipment as needed. Must be skilled in manually positioning workpieces or using overhead/jib cranes. Demonstrates excellent attendance and punctuality working cooperatively with team members and stakeholders. Should be adaptable to a fastpaced environment managing multiple tasks concurrently and collaborating with colleagues across departments.
