Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you ll need to be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.
You will be part of a young and fun team. You get the opportunity to work on a range of different projects and with clients from various industries and sectors all around the globe. The position is 100% remote. As long as you have a good and stable internet connection, along with a solid design machine you are good to go!
Responsibilities
Here s what your day-to-day would look like:
Reviewing and understanding creative briefs and working directly with the client, leveraging our Project Management tool
Providing ideas to improve the quality of the design
Following our design system
Communicating with clients about layout, design, feedback, etc.
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Delivering on the brand promise.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a graphic designer in a creative agency.
Bachelor s in Communication Design, Media, Advertising, or related fields
Experience with the Adobe Suite and other related design, animation, editing softwares
Ability to work methodically on more than one assignment at a time and respect deadlines
Ability to manage the entire design project lifecycle from concept to delivery
Be a great team player
Strong willingness to learn and improve
Fluent in English language (written and verbal)
Experience working with US-based clients is a plus
Availability in US time zones (EST, PST, CST) is a plus but we do offer flexible work hours
Since this is a remote job, we require you to have a stable internet connection, a reliable design machine and power backup
