Graphic Designer

Job Description

Main Job Duties:

• Create designs that identify a product or convey a message.
• Brainstorming, mocking up design ideas.
• Develop graphics for product illustrations and logos.
• Select colours, images, text style, and layout.
• Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design.
• Generate, edit, and modify daily content (Infographics, designs, illustrations, or GIFs) that build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action.
• Create on-brand visuals for use on social channels.
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, companies’ logos, etc…
• Responsible for all the designs for the Internal and External Communications along with branding emails, Social media posts (Facebook & Instagram), Careers website, events, flyers, newsletter, internal training program designs & Department presentations and other types of communications media.

Job Requirements

• Awareness of new trends, concepts, and directions.
• Very good (photo manipulation, retouching) skills.
• Excellent eye for details.
• Create visuals and eye-catching designs.
• Ability to handle tasks under tight deadlines.
• Sense of creativity and commitment.
• Experience in layouts, colour theories, typography, and general design principles.
• Flexible personality, collaboration with team members.
• Motion graphics basics are a plus.
• Packaging design is a plus.
