- Work with or without creative direction to combine text, audio, animation, photography, and video to create informational and impactful content
- Work closely with the digital team to ensure delivery of content on time each month on agreed/scheduled posting dates
- Work on expanding the image and video library from various online sources or in collaboration with a professional photographer and/or videographer
- Create innovative marketing campaigns designed to entice the digital native;
- Understand and follow design briefs and social media calendars to create out-of-the-box aesthetics and design
- Collaborate with content writers to visualize written content/infographics;
- Collaborate with other creatives to brainstorm creative concepts;
- Work with or without the supervision of the Art Director;
- Take part in the ideation and creative direction of a campaign or design when needed;
- Create design briefs when needed;
