Job Description

Req ID : 2701401
  • Work with the Group Culture Change and Internal Comms Manager and People and Culture Team to Design all branded collaterals including posters, flyers, social media post designs, pictures, and vacancies announcements in accordance with the Marketing team to ensure compliance with Giza Systems’ brand strategy.
  • Develop illustrations and other designs using software for People & Culture Department presentations, videos, newsletters, brochures, advertising, email shots, announcements, etc.
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
  • Use the approved brand colours and layouts for each design.
  • Test graphics across various media.
  • Amend designs after feedback.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Flexibility to work on urgent requests
