Attention to Detail and Strategic VisionLook no further! Were in search of an openminded Global Sales Operations Manager whos ready to disrupt and transform the current methods processes and tools across Ascoms entire sales force!

Your tasks and responsibilities include

  • Being Process Expert in the D365 program.
  • Ensure that sales processes and tools are aligned with Ascom key priorities
  • Business Analyst and Test Lead: Responsible for requirements engineering planning and executing the test strategy including unit tests integration tests data migration tests and user acceptance tests.
  • Provide training to regional super users and Ascom ICT support personnel.
  • Support Ascom ICT in planning and execution of D365 upgrade projects
  • Drive continuous improvements to sales processes and tools
  • Prioritize changes in sales processes and tools in close collaboration with Head of Global Sales Operations region sales and Ascom ICT and own the sales tools roadmap.
  • Document and maintain functional descriptions and supporting/guiding material for sales
  • Support regions in implementation and execution of global standards harmonization and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of changing technology and sales operations best practices.

Your qualifications and experience

  • Bachelors degree in information systems business economics and/or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in sales operations commercial excellence or similar functions.
  • Deep understanding of Ascoms sales processes and tools and comfortable building and driving initiatives around optimizing those systems building reports and communicating insights clearly.
  • Experience in driving global change initiatives in multicultural environments and to clearly communicate on the strategic vision and how this connects to processes and tools.

  • Ability to work effectively in matrix environment.
  • Proficiency in English both oral and written; knowledge of German French and Swedish is a plus.
