We are in search of a dynamic Marketplace Specialist with strong skills in digital marketing and marketplace management. If you are fluent in Mandarin experienced in handling official stores on platforms like Shopee and Lazada and eager to drive store performance in a fastpaced environment this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Plan market and enhance the overall performance of our store on platforms like Lazada and Shopee to meet performance targets.
• Manage daily operations including store layout changes planning display promotions sales and aftersales service.
• Coordinate with platform representatives to secure necessary resources and participate in promotional programs.
• Implement and collaborate on marketing activities with related parties to increase store visibility and sales.
• Collect market and industry information analyze products and provide data support for operational team adjustments.
• Utilize platform marketing tools effectively to boost store traffic clickthrough rates and conversion rates.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing official stores on Shopee/Lazada and coordinating with marketplace platform representatives.
• Understanding of marketplace features like Flash Sale Feeds etc.
• Proficient in digital advertising platforms including Meta Ads Google Ads Facebook Ads (CPAS) Instagram Ads TikTok Ads.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and multitask.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and good numerical skills.
• Willingness to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk North Jakarta.
