We are looking for an enthusiastic and multilingual Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. If you are fluent in Mandarin have a passion for sales and marketing and are open to exciting business travel opportunities this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a translator for the Branch Manager and all office staff.
• Translate documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
• Assist the Branch Manager in managing and analyzing sales strategies.
• Help in recording product returns and unit repair data in Excel and update the status of returned units.
• Engage in various tasks that support the sales and marketing teams efforts.

Job Requirements:

• Willing to work at Bandung Semarang or Surabaya.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Sales & Marketing.
• Bachelors degree in any field of study.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Mandarin Translator is preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Willingness to travel on business trips with the Branch Manager to various regions as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel.
• Availability to work until Saturday from 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
