Their filter brand trademark has been registered to more than 100 countries worldwide. This company has been listed as a public company since 1996 and listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Company is domiciled in North Jakarta while the production plant is located in Jakarta and Tangerang. The Company started its commercial operations in 1980.

The General Manager of Production will lead the production department ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of production from planning and coordinating the manufacturing processes to ensuring the highest quality products are produced costeffectively and according to market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process drawing up a production schedule and ensuring costeffective resource allocation.
• Ensure that the production is costeffective and adjust schedules as needed to meet target deadlines.
• Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs to uphold quality and reliability.
• Liaise among different departments e.g. suppliers managers and team leaders to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through the implementation of change management processes and best practices.
• Optimize resource utilization by implementing best practices in production and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and track budget and cost controls to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of production.
• Ensure safety and compliance regulations are followed within the production department.
• Lead coach and motivate the production team to achieve outstanding performance levels and work together in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
• Report to senior management on progress and any necessary adjustments to plans to meet company objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above.
• Having working background in automotive industry is a must.
• Proven 8 years experience as a General Manager in Production or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industrys legal rules and guidelines.
• Indepth understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
