Previous experience in a similar Customer Support role is essential. We highly value interpersonal skills emphasizing effective communication with colleagues and customers. You should derive satisfaction from assuming accountability for both customer interactions and personal accomplishments. Serviceoriented and resilient to stress you are amiable collaborative and adept at functioning within a team.

Requirements

• German or Proficient language level (C2)
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Strong client service and call handling skills
• Technical proficiency
• Theoretical education background
• Demonstrated previous experience in customer service
• Displays maturity and maintains a professional demeanor
• Capable of expressing oneself confidently both verbally and in writing
• Possesses a thorough understanding of the clients products
