Your Role:

As a GermanSpeaking Social Media Moderator youll be responsible for monitoring and moderating usergenerated content in Germanspeaking communities. From comments and posts to images and videos youll work tirelessly to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere enforcing community guidelines and policies with fairness and consistency.

What Youll Do:

• Monitor usergenerated content in Germanspeaking communities to ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Review and assess reported content taking appropriate action based on established guidelines.
• Engage with users in German to address inquiries concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate issues and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content moderation contributing to the evolution of our moderation strategies.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics.
• Excellent judgment and decisionmaking skills with the ability to uphold policies impartially.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with a knack for diplomacy and empathy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
