Were partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to find a talented Germanspeaking Customer Support Representative to join their team in Romania! This is a fully remote position allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Tasks

  • Provide exceptional customer service to users of an ecommerce platform through various channels (chat voice email messages contact forms).
  • Assist customers with inquiries requests and orders by accurately entering data into support tools.
  • Resolve customer issues and support online orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while building rapport with each customer.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company/client policies.
  • Identify and escalate potential customer issues according to established procedures.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining highquality service.
  • Contribute to improved customer service and KPI goals through additional tasks.

Requirements

  • C1 or higher proficiency in German (both spoken and written)
  • B1 or higher proficiency in English (fluent)
  • At least 6 months of experience in German voice support ideally in customer service contact center or BPO environment
  • Must be currently based in Romania
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
  • Customerfocused with a friendly and professional approach able to understand customer concerns
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • High emotional intelligence and strong soft skills to serve a variety of customers
  • Excellent problemsolving and comprehension skills
  • Techsavvy with experience and knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Experience working in a multisystem environment
