German speaking AIR TRAVEL CONSULTANT

On behalf of our Client world wide leading airline we are looking for travel consultant fluent in German for a fully remote position if based in Serbia.

Tasks

• To be the primary contact for their customers
• To answer questions regarding flight reservations cancellations and online check in via phone
• Calls are handled in German language

Requirements

• The candidates have to be located in Serbia no visa needed (Serbian residents in Serbia)
• English language level B2
• German language level B2
• Flexibility (weekend shifts)
• Reliability
• To own a smartphone
• Good internet connection

Benefits

• Fully remote position of an Air Travel Consultant
• Only full time no part time
• Work schedule: 8 hours a day 30 minutes lunch and 15 minutes short paid breaks from Monday to Sunday starting at 8:00 and 10:00 in the future there will be shifts starting from 7:00 and the last one finishing at 22:00.
• 4 weeks of virtual training in English 2 weeks of coaching
• Limited contract for 1 year with the probation period of 6 months (with the possibility of prolongation)
