Air Travel Consultant with German

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading airlines. Together were looking for proactive and customerfocused Air Travel Consultants with German who would like to join the team remotely in Serbia.

Position: Air Travel Consultant with German

Work model: Remote/work from home from anywhere in Serbia

Employment type: Fulltime or Parttime after 6 months

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a primary contact for customers of the airlines via incoming phone calls in German and English
• Assist the customers with their reservations cancellations online checkin guidance in terms and policies and more
• Register details of your conversations in a dedicated system
• Provide timely and friendly resolution to customers enquiries while maintaining a high level of speedandquality to meet standard KPIs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent German (B2) and fluent English (B2) languageboth verbal and written
• Good computer skills
  
• Optimistic friendly positive stressresilientpersonality serviceoriented profile
• Ability to work in shifts also weekend shifts in a fastpaced environment
• A fast and stable wired internet connection (at least 16/10 mbps)and a smartphone is necessary
• Already based in Serbia with ability to be employed without any obstacle.
