Tasks

• Analyze issues of business customers partners clients or internal stakeholders and find the best ways to resolve them;
• Address issues via chat email or phone channels following operating procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Work permit for Portugal OR European Union Citizenship;
• German native level or C2 level English B2 level;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
