Position Overview:As a GermanSpeaking Customer Support Representative you will be the frontline ambassador for our company assisting Germanspeaking customers with their inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a seamless customer experience. 1. Provide topnotch customer support to Germanspeaking customers via phone email and live chat.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Previous customer support or service experience is a plus.
4. Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Techsavvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
