We are looking for fluent German speakers with a good English level to work in a Gamming position. You will be assisting clients of renowned worldwide companies and working in an international environment.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Speak proficiently (C1/C2) German and have a good English level (B2)
- Willingness to learn
- Experience and interest in Gamming
- Good communication and soft skills
What you will have to do:
. Customer support via email and chat mainly in German but in some cases also in
English;
Assistance with questions about the account and payment processes;
Resolve login and registration difficulties;
Restoring and changing emails phone numbers and other accounts
Information;
Processing hacked accounts and restoring characters;
Handling questions about the reward program;
Answering questions about tokens and prepaid game cards;
