We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Manager who is eager to work in the travel, tourism, and event management industry. The candidate should have people skills and can take initiative and ownership whenever required. The candidate will be working closely with internal and external counter-parties, including clients, vendors, and sponsors.
Responsibilities:
- Support and undertake all responsibilities below the branch of Branding, Marketing, Publicity, and Online Solutions
- Maintaining relationships with clients and other counter-parties on a regular basis
- To represent the company at various forums
- Making pitches to clients for various partnerships and associations
- Execute the various opportunities
- Conduct diligent marketing and publicity of the firm
- Liaise with the Digital Marketing agency and technology team as per the requirement of the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in business, management, or a related field
- Technologically savvy
- Outstanding event management skills
- Diligence and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Social Media platforms
- Designing skills, if any, will be a value add
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform under stress
- Excellent multitasking ability
