Overview:

The Front Office Receptionist plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.

Mode of interview:
Walkin: Monday Saturday
Time: 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
Map Location:
Address: 11 Cornwell Rd Langford Gardens Bengaluru Karnataka 560025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and photocopying
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as bill processing and invoicing
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customerfacing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
