Position : Front Office Executive
Position Overview:
The Front office executive is a critical member of the clinic operations team.There is a whole
lot more that goes into making a clinic a great place to work and even better place for patients
to visit and ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently.The ideal candidate will possess a
deep understanding of the healthcare domain coupled with a passion for childrens
wellbeing to drive sales and zero billing errors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. A front office executive is responsible for attending the incoming calls responding
to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department
2. Scheduling the appointments at the correct time and with the correct doctor
3. Listening to clients and communicating in a positive and confident manner with
those over the phone or clients in the reception area
4. Handling billing and detailing client invoices
5. Copying Printing and emailing documents between clinics hospitals and patients
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelors degree any discipline
Patient facing & Billing experience in a healthcare setting(pediatric units) like
hospital or clinic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work
effectively with patients families and other healthcare professionals.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a dynamic team.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with electronic systemsProficiency in excel & word
Ability to use CRM tools for tracking leads and sales progress.
