Job Overview:
As a Franchise Sales Manager your primary responsibility is to drive the growth and expansion of the companys franchise network. This role involves developing and implementing effective strategies to attract and onboard new franchisees ensuring they align with the companys brand and values. The Franchise Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving sales targets maintaining brand standards and fostering strong relationships with franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Franchise Development:
  • Identify and analyse potential markets for franchise expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for franchise growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and research teams to assess market trends and competition2
  1. Lead Generation and Qualification:
  • Generate leads through various channels including online inquiries referrals and industry events.
  • Qualify potential franchisees based on financial stability experience and alignment with brand values.
  1. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
  • Conduct presentations to prospective franchisees showcasing the benefits and opportunities of joining the franchise system.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions ensuring a winwin situation for both the company and the franchisee.
  1. Documentation and Compliance:
  • Guide franchisees through the application process ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in different regions.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchisees.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to franchise partners.
  1. Training and Onboarding:
  • Coordinate with the training department to facilitate onboarding programs for new franchisees.
  • Ensure that franchisees understand and adhere to brand standards and operational guidelines.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance lead generation and market trends.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments including operations marketing and finance to ensure seamless integration of new franchises.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in franchise sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations sales strategies and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with potential franchisees.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for franchising.
