Job Description

- Responsible for all aspects of buying and planning within the adidas Franchise stores.
- Support the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company direction and the market merchandising framework.
- Plan, manage, and monitor the seasonal open to buy to reflect sales trends and adjust buys accordingly.
- Utilize pre-season and in-season planning and projections throughout the year to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Proactively provide relevant in depth analysis to support buying commitment decisions.
- Provide fact-based product input and feedback for internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist seniors with building range plans in collaboration with DTC team. Provide the historical analysis to effectively support and build the range/assortment plan.
- Analyze every aspect of best sellers and worst sellers, in season stock cover management and in season reactivity and provide recommendations based on analysis.
- Action the optimal flow of merchandise incl. fulfilment of product/marketing introduction deadlines/capacity planning.
- Specialize in merchandising systems and tools and eager to learn new systems to ensure smooth business operations.
- Store visits as needed and advised by the business.
