Job Description
- Manpower management for construction work .
- Subcontractor Management for construction work
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects;
- Coordination and checking of engineering deliverable and client targets daily basis;
- Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals;
- Ensuring all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed;
- Taking responsibility for a team of engineers and training/mentoring junior engineers;
- Following up with the payment submission requirements;
- Review scope, plans, and layouts provided by the Site Manager;
- Perform quality control for work being performed;
- Communicate with Site Manager regarding schedule and Materials.
- Maintain Daily log of activities on site;
- Maintains safe and clean working environment;
- Assist Site Manager to arrange the work on site;
- Taking responsibility for training/mentoring labor.
Job Requirements
- Behavioral skills Relevant profile experience
- Minimum Secondary School Certificate.
