Planning, constructing, and delivering presentations to key global and local senior key
Ensure the local project uses the correct guidelines ( brand guidelines, food safety, ).
Identify potential barriers to project progress and effectively mitigate them or find solutions to keep the project on
Be an advocate for the foodservice sub-brand (values, standards, market/category/product extensions).
Use the tools provided to drive sustainable growth and compliance (see Tools ).
To share best practice & learnings with the Foodservice Team, as well as the wider FSC
Conduct market & competitor audits to identify gaps / opportunities for foodservice offer & NPD (New Product Development), as well as competitor promotions & concepts
Lead Business Intelligence agenda, including:
o Regular product / range performance review
o Detailed waste tracking & analysis
o Planogram efficiency analysis
o Promotion performance / profitability
o Granular performance deep dive (by site / format / cluster review)
Custodian of product end-to-end costing to ensure various income targets are met
Work closely with procurement team to maximize profitability
Work closely with FSC Central for technical & NPD agile development support
Drive revenue growth using various levers such as promotion planning, price reviews, range sizing and tearing, and availability optimization
Manage marketing communications with support of NFR Brand Manager
Manage the relationship with internal teams as well as external key stakeholders ( suppliers & client)

P&L management
Good knowledge of the food supply chain and in-store processes and procedures
Technical knowledge of nutrition, food safety, audit procedures
Experience of reporting into the
