FMCG Tax Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our new tax team a strategic and critical role for our expanding operations in Indonesia. This position involves comprehensive management of our taxrelated matters ensuring compliance with local regulations and contributing to our financial efficiency and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and build a new tax team providing guidance and expertise.
• Manage all tax planning and compliance activities for the company.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns and documents.
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies aligned with business goals.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities and represent the company in tax audits.
• Keep abreast of changes in tax regulations and laws in Indonesia.
• Advise on tax implications of business initiatives and decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate tax strategy with overall business plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field. A Masters degree or CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of tax experience with a focus on Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Experienced in FMCG industry is a must.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin is highly advantageous not a must.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
