As the Head of Product Development you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our FMCG offerings. Your expertise will drive the innovation and development of new and existing products ensuring they meet market demands and maintain the highest standards of quality and uniqueness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new products from concept to launch ensuring they align with company goals and market trends.
• Enhance and refine existing product lines for improved quality profitability and market relevance.
• Collaborate closely with marketing sales and manufacturing teams to ensure cohesive product strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends consumer preferences and competitive activities.
• Manage crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals within timelines and budgets.
• Oversee quality control processes ensuring all products meet regulatory and company standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation encouraging creative thinking and problemsolving.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science Business Administration or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
• 8 years experience in handling FMCG and Beverages product development especially related to jelly pudding and yogurt.
• Strong understanding of market research product marketing and related fields.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
