We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Affair Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our companys general affairs. This includes facilities management office administration vendor management and more. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator have a keen attention to detail and possess strong analytical skills.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the companys general affairs including facilities management office administration and vendor management.
  • Liaise with suppliers/vendors for purchasing office supplies and maintenance services.
  • Coordinate and supervise the General Affairs (GA) team to ensure efficient operation.
  • Manage staff housing and employee mess facilities.
  • Oversee company property management including contract renewals asset addition or writeoff coordination with relevant departments.
  • Supervise routine and nonroutine office purchases ensuring stock sufficiency and maintenance of office stationery workstations and other facilities.
  • Maintain all office legal and permit documents and liaise with related external parties.
  • Organize and schedule meetings business travel conferences and departmental activities.
  • Track and analyze budgets conduct research update databases and create monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk North Jakarta
  • Fluently speaking and communicating in Chinese or Mandarin.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 57 years of experience in a General Affair role.
  • Advanced knowledge of office procedures and general office equipment.
  • Strong organizational communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Access PowerPoint).
