Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR solutions aligned with the companys strategy to support organizational effectiveness.
• Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships employee engagement morale productivity and retention.
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning. Identify training needs for teams and individuals; evaluate and improve training programs.
• Collaborate with business departments to understand hiring needs and objectives.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy.
• Ensure company regulations are developed and monitored in compliance with the prevailing Government Manpower Act.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Psychology Law Economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of HR Specialist experience in a highgrowth environment preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Solid knowledge of employee relations performance management employee engagement and industrial relations.
• A selfstarter who can work autonomously and excel through personal drive.
