As the Quality Control Assistant Manager you will lead our manufacturing operations ensuring that our high standards for quality and innovation are met. You will be at the forefront of production management overseeing processes and implementing strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency in alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire manufacturing process ensuring efficiency quality and costeffectiveness.
• Develop and implement innovative production strategies that align with company goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage budgets and forecasts optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
• Stay abreast of the latest manufacturing technologies and trends to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
• 3 years experience in handling FMCG and Beverages production quality control especially related to jelly pudding and yogurt.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of production processes quality control and cost management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
