Responsibilities:
• Lead MS delivery operational, subcontractor management and financial performance.
• Lead Cost optimization and efficiency improvement changes in field.
• Establish link between NOC and FM activities
• Handle specific contract delivery performance E2E
• Conduct Operating Level Agreements (OLA) signed with other service delivery units
• Drive operational excellence with efficiency control
• Identify delivery trends possible Add on Sale.
• Interface and manage customers’ expectations.
• Review ways of working and push towards field Automation
