We are in search of a skilled Flutter Developer to champion our mobile application efforts. The ideal candidate will manage the entire application lifecycle from concept to maintenance and demonstrate excellence in both individual tasks and leadership roles.

1. Application Development: Support the entire application lifecycle ensuring the delivery of highquality mobile applications with clean code.

2. Requirement Analysis: Gather detailed requirements collaborate with crossfunctional teams and propose robust solutions.

3. Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit and UI tests to identify any malfunctions. Ensure both new and existing applications adhere to quality standards.

4. UI/UX Design: Craft intuitive interfaces that elevate the user experience.

5. Continuous Learning: Research and adopt new mobile products applications and protocols. Remain updated with the latest technology trends.

6. Problem Solving: Efficiently troubleshoot issues debug code and optimize performance.

7. Project Leadership: Oversee mobile app development projects from initiation to completion guaranteeing adherence to timelines budgets and quality parameters.

8. Team Management: Assemble mentor and guide a proficient Flutter mobile app development team promoting collaboration and innovation.

9. Communication: Maintain clear communication channels with remote teams ensuring efficient collaboration across geographies.

Proven experience as a Mobile Developer with a portfolio of released applications on the App Store or Android market.

Profound knowledge of at least one programming language such as Android or iOS. Familiarity with both is a significant advantage.

Prior experience in software development with agile methodologies continuous integration and deployment practices.

Capability to handle and resolve production issues.

Solid analytical and problemsolving skills.

Strong communication abilities.
