Elite Edge LLC is looking for to expand our Oracle consultancy business. In this regard, we are looking to hire several 1099 consultants for upcoming projects on an as needed basis. Our business owners have been working with Taleo for many years, even before it was purchased by Oracle. We have been implementing HCM cloud based HRIS and Talent Acquisition Systems and using them for more than 20 years.
Elite Edge is a Veteran and Minority owned company that got its start in Talent Acquisitions as corporate Recruiters. After many years of recruiting for large Oil and Gas companies and Government clients, we decided that we wanted to implement this system in a way that focuses on Automation and Recruiter and Candidate experience. Our approach is to leverage the recruitment, HR and over all ERP processes by using Oracle's suite of products.
As a as needed member of our team, you will work with global clients to implement Taleo Enterprise Edition.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Taleo Implementations across a variety of clients and will be working closely with project managers to deliver these new or improved implementations.
In order to be considered for this role Functional Consultants looking to be apply for this role will have experience in the following:
Extensive Taleo implementation
Taleo product certification would be an advantage
Full lifecycle implementations of Taleo
Ability to plan and manage the assignment in conjunction with the Project Manager.
Ensuring that Implementation projects follow Best Practice guidelines

Working closely with our development to team to feedback Implementation experiences that lessons are learnt and incorporated into future developments

Requirements
Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering and documentation for expansion of Taleo application Building a recruiting site for contingent workers (consultants) - Agency to be able to post/apply for candidates, then push them through selection to hire and onboarding on to HCM Build approval process/work flow for opening a requisition through to hire Generate online employee contracts for hires to sign electronically Add custom fields to support new functionality Collect new hire forms globally Enable fluid pages Establish integration with LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect Document the resulting system, create user guides and train users".
Your Responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain application functionality using the Zoho platform (CRM, Flow, Bookings, Forms, etc.) Integrate third-party and custom services with the Zoho platform using Zoho Flow, web APIs, and webhooks Build custom web applications and integrations Participate in code reviews and the creation of test cases Assist team members with the creation of reports and dashboards Understand and implement best practices for data protection and privacy
