Key Responsibilities:

• Work in tandem with engineers product managers and business analysts focusing on leveraging data to drive company growth and customer engagement.
• Innovate and design data science solutions while actively participating in product and feature discussions.
• Analyze vast volumes of data deriving insights that are both actionable and valuable.
• Own solutions from the technical problems inception to its deployment collaborating with engineers.
• Constantly enhance our models predictive value and closely monitor its performance in production systems.
• Champion a culture underlined by reproducibility meticulous attention to detail highquality work and swift production.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of handson experience in Quantitative Analysis Statistical Analysis or Modeling.
• Proficiency with relational SQL databases.
• Mastery of Python and its Data Science toolkit.
• Excellent communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Resultsdriven mindset thriving in a rapid and dynamic work setting.
• Deep comprehension of Linear Algebra (Multivariate) Calculus Applied Mathematics Statistics and intricate optimization algorithms.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in fields like Statistics (Applied) Mathematics Engineering Computer Science or equivalent advanced degrees.
