Fine Dining General Manager responsibilities include:

  • Monitor the operation of the restaurant to ensure compliance with all standards and procedures established by the Food and Beverage Director as well as company and county health and regulatory standards and procedures
  • Understand financial reports and apply the information in a timely and practical fashion so as to improve the operation
  • Implement and ensure prompt and courteous service to our guests
  • Maintain proper staffing levels through the efficient hiring of new Team Members
  • Prepare work schedules of Team Members and delegate work and station assignments
  • Inspect and monitor the cleanliness of the restaurant and comply with safety and health code regulations
  • Know understand follow and enforce all company and departmental policies and procedures
Fine Dining General Manager candidates must possess the following:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a highvolume finedining restaurant
  • Tips or Smart Certification is preferred
  • Must have excellent wine knowledge
  • Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be available to work weekends holidays and during peak business periods
  • Associate Degree or higher
