New Gig Solutions has partnered with a Tax Client to help grow there sales team as they expand their organization by hiring a Team in Las Vegas.

We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Tax Resolution Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with a primary focus on qualifying prospects setting appointments and conducting followups. As a key player in our sales team you will play a crucial role in nurturing leads and supporting the overall sales process in the tax resolution industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Inbound and Outbound Calls:
    • Handle a high volume of incoming calls from potential clients seeking tax resolution assistance.
    • Initiate outbound calls to qualified leads to further discuss our services and explore potential solutions.
  2. Prospect Qualification:
    • Skillfully assess and qualify prospects to determine their specific tax resolution needs and eligibility for our services.
    • Gather necessary information to understand the clients situation and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Appointment Setting:
    • Schedule appointments for qualified prospects to engage in detailed discussions with our Tax Resolution specialists.
    • Utilize effective communication skills to explain the benefits of our services and address any initial concerns.
  4. FollowUp:
    • Conduct timely and persistent followups with leads to maintain engagement and address any additional questions or concerns.
    • Document all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for accurate recordkeeping.
  5. Lead Nurturing:
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through ongoing communication and assistance.
    • Provide educational materials and resources to nurture leads through the decisionmaking process.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team as well as crossfunctional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
    • Communicate effectively with internal departments to address client inquiries and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales particularly in a highvolume call environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Knowledge of tax resolution processes and familiarity with relevant tax laws is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead management and documentation.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and challenges.
  • Ethical conduct and adherence to industry regulations.
