Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor

Developing, monitoring & controlling the forecast/dashboards for the company, provide the top management with accurate and timely reports on budgets & forecasts. Set up, update and maintain industry KPI benchmark for each country, region.

The Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor directly reports to Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Strong capability of the financial modelling, able to prepare three FS consolidated business plan and do all the required eliminations between the STL and Cons one, with all its related ratios and valuation if required.
• Provides financial analysis and performance of budgeting reports of all subsidiaries.
• Manages development of detailed financial reports to measure performance against plan and to explain and quantify sources of deviation from planned performance.
• Prepare monthly dashboard analysis.
• Prepare monthly departmental performance.
• During this process I work closely with the subsidiary to help them, gather information from them & follow up with them to receive the required data.
• Uploading & monitoring the budget through Oracle.
• Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other special tasks, advisory assignments or projects as assigned by management.
