Financial Planning And Analysis Manager

Job Description

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
• Supporting Senior Management Team and department heads with in-depth analysis.
• Performing detailed financial analysis including advanced financial modeling, profitability analysis, return on investment/discounted cash flow analysis, monitoring business issues and impact on the bottom line.
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan, and Modeling tools.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Works closely with sales, marketing, and operations management in assisting efficient execution of budget and forecast commitments.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Research industry trends, competitors, etc. as necessary.
• Prepare quarterly and monthly Financial reports
• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
• Prepares all sensitive and scenario analysis as directed by the Head of finance as required.
• Prepare presentations to the Senior Management Team.
• Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 5+ Years of Experience in Finance including 1-2 years as a manager.
• Very good command of English.
• CMA, AFA, or any similar certificate in Finance (Preferable)
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel knowledge
