Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager
Job Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchase executive with a positive mindset
to drive operational excellence collaboration and support our dynamic team in laying a robust
foundation of a global brand that is entering India to establish and advance itself and in which

Job Responsibilities:
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Lead the annual budgeting process collaborating closely with department heads
to develop accurate and realistic financial forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide insightful analysis on
variances.
Continuously refine forecasting models to improve accuracy.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct indepth financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
Provide regular reports and insights on key financial metrics and performance
indicators.
Analyze trends identify risks and recommend solutions to optimize financial
performance.
Management Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive management reports for senior leadership highlighting
key financial trends and performance drivers.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports to support decision
making.
Cost Management:
Monitor and analyze costs across departments identifying areas for efficiency
improvements.
Collaborate with department heads to implement costsaving initiatives.
Financial Modelling:
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and scenario
analysis.
Work on adhoc financial modelling projects as required.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments to understand their financial needs and
provide support.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Job Requirements:
- A Chartered Accountant (CA) with 45 years of relevant experience in financial planning and
- analysis.
- Has previous experience in the F&B/Retail industry
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
