Job Description: Financial Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Prepare financial reports financial statements and projections.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Monitor cash flow expenses and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Supervise financial staff and provide training and guidance.
Essential Qualifications:
- CA (SA) Professional certification
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management.
- Experience in budgeting financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience with financial software and tools.
