Job Description
- Intake/Assessment- Fax scans/filing included (Takes responsibility off of Pharmacy & B&B management.)
- Auth/Verification- (Separate B&B and Pharm)
Pharmacy: FC can work closely with current verification/auth team.
Buy & Bill: Task will be included in FC responsibilities.
- Program Enrollments
- Patient Cost Estimate
- Informs Patient-Obtains consent to request scheduling
- Notes Patient Responsibility
- Request Scheduling
- Submits Program Claims
- Runs Payments
- Notes Balances on Appointments for Check In Collection
- Works Patient A/R
- Sends Weekly Updates to Physicians
- Communicates with Physicians regarding EPI pen ordering & requirements
- Auth Expiration (B&B)
Position responsible for communication with patient/physicians/nursing.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience
