- Group credit Control Policy
- Performing collections and credits for major accounts
- Oversee the daily operations of the Collections department
- Manage a team of collections specialists and ensure that they are meeting their targets
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas of improvement in the collections process
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collections performance
- Ensuring accurate invoicing
- Contacting past due clients
- Solving customer complaints
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer disputes or inquiries
