Finance Inventory Controller

Job Description

• Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
• Manage control procedures, standard costing, control and analysis of inventory movement, financial statement analysis, and corporate communication
• Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
• Prepare inventory and cost of sales budgets and forecast at entity level based on overall group finance budgets and forecasts
• Review the cost of sales monthly journals, recharges and reports
• Analyzing the variable costs and the overhead costs of Breadfast to ensure smooth accountancy
• Develops and determines the inventory accounting methods and also analyses the inventory related reports
• Conduct Monthly Reports for Inventory (Ex: Ending inventory, requested inventory)
• Handle periodic and sudden physical count.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Good command of English language
• Excellent MS excel skills
• Preferably an Odoo User
• Have good understanding of inventory control and management systems
• Very good analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure
